It is a well-maintained property located in Tumon district short walk to the many ABC/K mart stores, and the beautiful beach of tumon bay. The location is particularly good and excellent, down the hill. The restaurant is about 900 feet from here...

This place is well-kept and peaceful, making it a nice spot to spend three nights. the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. the room is spacious with AC and two large beds, giving you plenty of space to spread out. I can't find a single thing to complain about - my stay here was quite enjoyable! 😊

The hotel is quiet and pretty. the staff is affable. - the deluxe queen room has a very good view. - A wide array of goodies for breakfast. - the location is just off Tumon Bay Capital, shopping malls, nightlife, and a tropical island. - Very relaxing stay, as always.

Everything was perfectly fine, including new facilities. Extremely friendly and dedicated staff. - Magnificent location for Tamuning, close to the "Sling Shot" and the beach, near big-name resorts and all the businesses. - Nowhere near the touristy areas.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this nice basic hotel. the deluxe room was reasonably priced. the bathtubs in the private bathroom were a plus. the staff were amiable and outstandingly accommodating, taking care of us during our 4-day stay. the location was particularly good, being a 10-15 minute walk from the oceanarium and close to coral reefs and hills.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of Tumon and I must say, it was a great find! Firstly, the location couldn't have been better. The hotel is centrally located, making it super convenient to explore all the tourist areas and Tumon Bay. Plus, the views of Tumon Bay from the hotel were stunning.
My experience at this hotel was great and I have no complaints.

I loved the island feel of the furniture in my room and the fantastic view from my balcony. The staff were friendly and the location was excellent, with easy access to shopping centers, the beach, and shuttle buses. The hotel was only a few minutes from the airport, which was very convenient. I had a great stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.
Nothing not too like, just a small issue with a dirty room, but the staff promptly resolved it by providing a new clean pillow.

I love the location of this hotel, it's right on the sea front and near the water park Tarza. Plus, it's conveniently located near the business district, so I can easily get to meetings. The room is spacious with two queen sized beds and has a beautiful ocean view on the 6th floor. The bathroom is clean and the service provided by the friendly Filipina ladies on the counter is excellent.
I wish there was a hotel bar available for guests to relax and enjoy a drink in the evenings.
